Convoso Review – Forbes Advisor

Call center software can take time to set up and learn to navigate, so it’s a good idea to research the options beforehand and choose the company that best suits your needs. We compared Convoso and some of its main features with its competitors to help you in your search.

Convoso is best suited for outbound calling, while Contact Center and RingCentral channels are best suited as customer service platforms requiring both inbound and outbound calling capabilities. Convoso does not offer free trials but does offer live demos. RingCentral Contact Center offers a short 50-minute free trial for domestic calls, and Channels offers both a seven-day free trial for the paid plan and a free forever plan.

The three companies differ in the features they offer. While RingCentral and Channels both offer international numbers, Convoso does not. Only RingCentral offers the ability for customers to request a callback, although this is a feature for incoming calls rather than outgoing calls. Convoso and RingCentral both excel in AI technology.

The best software for your business will depend on your needs. RingCentral is best for inbound and outbound calls while Convoso is best suited for lead generation and sales as opposed to customer service. Channels is a great option for low cost call center software with a free version.
